Delivery & Returns
SneakerHype dispatches all packages from The Netherlands with DPD and PostNL including tracking codes.
SneakerHype aims to deliver your order within 5-10 working days, however during busier periods it could be more days from the time of order (we will inform you if this is the case).
Delivery updates with tracking information will be sent via email, so you are kept informed of your order as soon as it's placed.
SneakerHype will not be responsible for parcels that go missing due to incorrect shipping addresses given.
SneakerHype is not responsible for parcels that are not collected from the Post Office in the time frame given on the courier website. Any other items that do not arrive because the courier lost them will either be refunded or sent a replacement item out if available.
SneakerHype dispatches all international packages with DPD, UPS, and DHL with 24-hour tracking.
International shipping costs will depend on the weight and value of the item, this price will be shown at checkout.
Sneakerhype is not liable for any import fees (These can occur for orders outside Europe) *
Items bought from Sneakerhype can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. During this period, you can try the product and examine it just like you would when you buy something in a physical store.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. You are allowed to take the product out of its packaging unless the packaging is sealed. Please be aware that the Sneakerhype tags can't be removed.
If you decide to return the items, you’ll need to let us know by filling in the return form through the following link: HERE.
Please note that you must send the items back within 14 calendar days after the delivery date!

If not satisfied with the products ordered, you can receive a refund or exchange the shoes under the following conditions:
- The products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
- All orders with the "♦️ " icon can't be returned.
- The item must be in original condition.
- The customer must pay for the shipping cost.
- Sneakerhype tag must be attached.
- Make sure that all returned items are in their original packaging.
- If returning footwear, please ensure the original manufacturer box is protected with an outer packaging layer.
- All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn and complete with original tags and/or packaging.
We don't refund any shipping costs!
The original box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and start processing your refund this process takes up max 5–10 workdays. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. The refund will be paid as soon as possible. SneakerHype does not cover any shipping cost.
All orders with the "♦️", icon can't be returned
You have agreed in advance to the general terms and conditions where it is clearly stated that a shoe with the "♦️" sign is not covered by the return guarantee, partly because it is ordered on request. (This is also stated in the product description when ordering).
You have forfeited your right of withdrawal, which results from a legal right of withdrawal on products whose price fluctuates constantly, and this product as stated has been particularly bought on customer demand.
