We always recommend that you try again with another Klarna account because Klarna declines orders for the following reasons:
- The amount of the purchase was to high for your Klarna credit score to approve.
- Missed or delayed payments or reported financial hardship can lead to being blocked from further using Klarna.
- Attempting too many purchases in a short amount of time may result in being rejected (fraud prevention)
- The approval decision is not based solely on credit score, but rather on multiple data points

Is international shipping available?
We offer shipping to a majority of countries worldwide. However, please note that there are specific countries we currently cannot deliver to due to varying circumstances.
Returns
Can I return/exchange my order?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. For returns or exchanges, the following conditions apply:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with tags or packaging if applicable.
- The Sneakerhype authentic tag must remain attached.
Remember to protect the original box of any sneakers with external packaging when returning.

Can I return a candle if I'm not satisfied?
We accept returns for candles only if they arrive broken or severely damaged.
How long will my sneaker candle last when lit?
Our sneaker candles have an approximate burn time of 5-10 hours. For optimal shape retention, we recommend limiting each burning session to one hour.
What safety precautions should I take with the candles?
Burning candles can get very hot. Always ensure you give the candle ample time to cool before relocating. Also, always place candles on heat-resistant surfaces and away from flammable objects.
